My name is Esther Parks, and I am grateful to be part of MS is BS.

My connection to the MS community began in November 2009, when my husband, Stephen, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. From that point forward, MS became a central part of our lives and shaped many of the choices we made.

As Stephen’s disease progressed, we learned to adapt and continue living life together, finding ways to stay engaged and connected despite the challenges of MS. Along the way, we met many individuals within the MS community whose support and shared experiences reinforced the importance of advocacy, awareness, and community.

Navigating life with MS also influenced my professional path. I took my experience in the automotive industry and created StressLess Car, a business designed to allow me to continue working while meeting the demands and responsibilities that came with Stephen’s illness.

Stephen passed away in February 2025 after living with MS. His experience, and the journey we shared, continue to drive my commitment to MS is BS and its mission to support, educate, and advocate for those affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

I truly enjoy my work, and outside of it, I value spending time with friends and family, especially my grandbaby, Luca.
